  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on your location and the chosen shipping method:

  • Local Orders (Pakistan): Delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure deliveries. Specific carrier details will be provided in your order confirmation email.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated.


5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, certain products may be subject to restrictions or additional customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Shivora Natural is not responsible for delays or fees incurred at customs.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, as the order may have already been processed.


9. Free Shipping

  • Pakistan Orders: Free shipping is available for orders over PKR 5000/.
  • International Orders: Free shipping is available for orders over USD 1000/.
