Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Custom or personalized products.

3. Return Process

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original method of payment.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  •  within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or contact your payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is posted.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us to confirm availability.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may already be processed or shipped.
